Designers have carefully selected the exterior colour in ‘Ocean Blue’ complementing Bournemouth’s beautiful seafront. The interior has been designed to represent the local area and much of Dorset, with a beach-friendly vibe. Local talents have also provided their own artwork to the house which is available to be purchased.

Upside Down House Bournemouth is situated right on the Pavilion Terrace, just minutes away from the golden beaches of the city. The nearest car park is the Pavilion Car Park and the nearest station is Bournemouth.

BRIGHTON

Upside Down House Brighton marks our first coastal location in the UK. A luxurious turquoise beach house with a variety of designed rooms with a bespoke gaming area, a jukebox and a vintage bicycle on the ceiling.

The chic interior designed has been inspired by the diverse cultural, music and arts atmosphere of Brighton and Hove.

The Brighton house is based on the Brighton Sea Front in between the i360 and Brighton Beach Club and cannot be missed by anybody who passes by it. The nearest car park is Regency Square Car Park and the nearest train station is Brighton.

Customers booking time slots online for either part of the day are prioritised ahead of visitors without bookings when it is exceptionally busy during peak times of the year, such as weekends and school holidays.

LAKESIDE

The Lakeside Upside Down House marks our second inverted attraction in the UK. Easily accessible from London and surrounding Essex counties.

This very stylish red wine coloured house is located in the External Amphitheatre, within the main car park to the Lakeside Shopping Centre. A high end interior design allows for some very classy photo opportunities for families of all ages.

The modern stylish interior design has been carefully selected by the experienced Interior Design Team of IKEA. Visitors now have the exclusive opportunity to shop while they visit the Lakeside Upside Down House. All items and furnishings have been installed with a QR code for the convenience of visitors to purchase a beautiful bed or gorgeous armchair directly and instantly at the house by using their smartphone. It is the first of its kind!

The elegant design is based in the External Amphitheatre, Car Park 3 opposite House of Fraser.

The first Upside Down House in London has landed at Westfield White City! An interactive photo attraction that welcomes a diverse audience of all ages, whether you’re a content creator or a family planning your next day out, this experience will certainly turn that frown upside down. Let your imagination run wild!

The vibrant orange exterior complimenting the buzz of the city is a structure that can’t be missed. Just minutes away from many famous landmarks, the Westfield House will transform your camera roll and leave you with memories you won’t forget. The fresh interior takes hints of inspiration from its surroundings as you immerse yourself into a sophisticated bedroom, play in a messy kid’s room and capture yourself taking a trip upside down on a London Tube.

Upside Down House Westfield is located at Westfield London (White City) Shopping Centre, opposite Puttshack and All Star Lanes. If you are travelling by train the nearest tube station is Wood Lane, whilst Shepherds Bush Station is only a 5 minute walk. For all other modes of transport, Westfield Shopping Centre has sufficient parking on site with Car Park B being the shortest distance from the house.

The exterior bright yellow colour of Upside Down House Clacton-on Sea is situated at Clacton Pavilion right at the Seafront. Our interior designers have chosen a classic navy and white tones for the bathroom and pastel shades for the rest of the decors in the topsy turvy attraction. The bright wall art in pink and yellow compliments the modern interior style of Upside Down House Clacton-on-Sea.

Guests can access the ground floor via a temporary ramp, leading into the inverted experience with plenty of photo opportunities. The attraction itself has two floors, separated by a spiral staircase, with no lift or ramp alternative to the second floor. The ground floor is only part-accessible for wheelchairs, so the experience may be more limited. Upside Down Houses at shopping centres has in situ nearby accessible parking spaces. Accessible toilets can be found inside the centres with the guidance of directions. If you do have any questions, please do ask a member of staff at the ticket office. We are committed to creating a welcoming safe environment to ensure the health, safety & welfare of all staff and visitors.

  • Purchased tickets cannot be refunded for adverse weather, queues and other reasons that are outside of our control. With advanced noticed, we may be able to make one-off changes to book for another date on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Our team will try to manage the queues at the house as best as they can, however this can be difficult, we appreciate your understanding and effort in being respectful to our staff as we have a zero tolerance policy.
  •  Check if we offer Fast track tickets on the day. These offer a priority queue to avoid long waiting times, however we cannot guarantee a set time you would be able to enter the house as this is subject to other fast ticket holders also being prioritised.
  • Each house has a unique interior design and different style we hope you can appreciate.
  • All rooms inside the house are inverted which causes the illusion of zero-gravity experience.
  • Please do not tinker/try to grab and hold onto any props or fixtures inside the house. If you attempt to cause any damage to then you will be asked to leave immediately and be liable for costs.
  • If you are pregnant and/or have severe motion sickness, we recommend that you do not partake in this experience.
  • You may be denied entry if you seem dizzy, drunk or under the influence of illegal substance.
  • Smoking, eating, or drinking is not permitted inside the house.
  • Please be mindful of others when inside the house as we would like this to be a great experience for all, so no more than 20 people can be in the house at any time. We limit each floor to 10 people, with the overall experience lasting about 15-20 minutes. Entry and exit points managed by staff.
  • Be careful when entering the house and use the staircase to prevent any slips and trips.
  • Last entry to the house in 25-30min prior to closing time – we recommend visiting much earlier if you are coming on a weekend or during the school holidays.
  • We are not responsible for tickets sold by third parties as these have their own stipulated terms and conditions.
  • Bring along your smartphone, GoPro or camera – whatever you decide to take your best photos with. We do not however permit any professional equipment being used for filming unless our Corporate Head Office has provided prior written consent. For any such requests, we offer Private Hire options.
