You can now get 50% discount on every second adult meal you purchase at the IKEA Lakeside restaurant when you visit the Lakeside House. The voucher is only available to be collected at the Upside Down House Lakeside’s kiosk.

IKEA Family members can also benefit by getting 10% off the entry price to Upside Down House Lakeside when they present their IKEA Family Card.

Terms and conditions of the meal offer:

The Offer 

1. Subject to these terms and conditions, this offer entitles customers at IKEA Lakeside who have attended the ‘upside down house’ to receive an offer for buy one get one free for a Qualifying Meal in the IKEA Lakeside Restaurant (the “Offer“) when the customer presents a valid voucher containing the Offer.

How to Claim 

1. To claim the Offer, the customer must have attended IKEA Lakeside’s ‘upside down house’ and have collected a voucher containing the offer.
2. The voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.  The QR code must be correctly scanned at the till. 
3. This Offer is valid between 10 November 2023 to 31 January 2024 (the “Offer Dates“).  
4. This Offer is only available at IKEA Lakeside (the “Participating Store”).
5. This Offer is only available when the customer purchases two hot main meals in a single transaction (the “Qualifying Meal”)
6. The cheapest meal purchased will be half price.
7. IKEA has absolute discretion in determining whether a voucher is valid, and IKEA may refuse to accept any voucher which IKEA reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, which is a copy and not the original, which is out of date or which is otherwise invalid.  
8. The Offer is only available for purchases during the Offer Date. The Offer is not available outside of the Offer Dates.  

Exclusions

1. The Offer can be redeemed once during the validity period per IKEA customer.
2. This Offer does not apply to IKEA Business Loyalty Customers.
3. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.   
4. The Offer cannot be redeemed online.
5. Nothing in this Offer can be exchanged or redeemed for cash has no cash value, is not transferable and no change will be given.    
6. The IKEA store reserves the right to refuse any voucher that the IKEA store believes has not been validly obtained or has been obtained fraudulently.  
7. IKEA reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Offer as necessary or due to circumstances outside IKEA’s reasonable control. 
8. Damaged, defaced, illegible, copied or altered vouchers will not be accepted.

1. All returns are subject to IKEA’s current returns policy; however, any refunds will take this offer into account. 
2. By using this Offer you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
3. These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.  
4. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
